We have been informed the WEST DOCK OVERHEAD DOOR IS INOPPERABLE. If you need to drive a vehicle inside the building to unload, you will need to go to the SOUTH OVERHEAD DOOR to do so.
Exhibitors can still unload outside at the WEST DOCK and use a cart to wheel inside the building. Carts will be provided on the WEST DOCK. You will not be able to drive inside the building on the west side.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and cooperation to help make move-in go smoothly for everyone.
Here is an image below showing the SOUTH DOOR if you plan to drive inside to unload.
Again, you can go to the west dock only to unload outside and wheel your items in on a cart that will be provided.

A Request for Space is not a binding agreement. If accepted, a signed contract and a 50% booth fee deposit are both required in order to reserve booth space. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2024. Reserving booth space after February 1st, 2024 will require booth fees to be paid in full with a signed contract. Women’s Fair will not hold or reserve booth space without a signed contact and a deposit.
The Women’s Fair will not refund payments within 90 days of the event. A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the exhibitor cancels in writing prior to 90 days of the event, and if the contracted exhibit space is resold at full price.
