Women’s Fair Fills Up Fast!

Women’s Fair is featured in 93,000 sq ft of Century II’s Expo Hall. As Wichita’s largest shopping and “Girl’s Day Out” event, it attracts thousands of visitors over three days. Many exhibitors see Women’s Fair as one of the best women’s shows in the country. Our effective marketing through social media, radio, television, and digital media ensures that businesses thrive, encouraging exhibitors to return each year.

A Request for Space is not a binding agreement. If accepted, a signed contract and a 50% booth fee deposit are both required in order to reserve booth space. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2026. Reserving booth space after February 1st, 2027 will require booth fees to be paid in full with a signed contract. Women’s Fair will not hold or reserve booth space without a signed contact and a deposit.
The Women’s Fair will not refund payments within 90 days of the event. A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the exhibitor cancels in writing prior to 90 days of the event, and if the contracted exhibit space is resold at full price.

5:30pm – Century II will provide their carts to carry out your items

6:00-6:30pm (approx.) - Overhead doors will be ready to open to drive in once we have removed some booths and created aisle space for driving inside the building.

We ask that exhibitors please follow these instructions during move-out.  Our staff is there to facilitate this process to make sure it goes smoothly and safely for everyone.

Wichita Police will be in the building to help direct move-out and ensure safety.
