Featuring nearly 400 exhibits within 93,000 sq ft of Century II’s Expo Hall, 2024 Women’s Fair sold out six weeks early! The largest shopping and “Girl’s Day Out” event in Wichita, we continuously attract a dynamic crowd with approximately thousands throughout the three-day event!

2024 Floor Plan and Booth Rates

Request Space

A Request for Space is not a binding agreement. If accepted, a signed contract and a 50% booth fee deposit are both required in order to reserve booth space. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2025. Reserving booth space after February 1st, 2025 will require booth fees to be paid in full with a signed contract. Women’s Fair will not hold or reserve booth space without a signed contact and a deposit.
The Women’s Fair will not refund payments within 90 days of the event. A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the exhibitor cancels in writing prior to 90 days of the event, and if the contracted exhibit space is resold at full price.
